I second Supertiph's comment. I haven't seen Drop Dead Fred, but if you have an apple to mix with you muesli, bite it into chunks and expel it into your bowl. Don't dirty a knife.
On Happy Feet: When my choir did it, our choreo had no "whirl" [such as the machine advertises]. Dang, we've been outdone by a machine again.
